Feed mills like Agland, Greier Farms and Ag Center, and Witmers would be able to sell you wheat. They may also be able to order some of the other items for you. If you talk to the managers of farmer markets like White House Fruit Farms, they may be able to special order these item from their suppliers. Wheat berries, as you know, are the whole grain form of wheat—the whole complete grain before it has undergone any processing.

Question:
I have been looking
for a one-stop shop in the Youngstown/Canfield area for bulk whole wheat
berries in the hard red winter variety. I am also looking for 25-50lb.
bags, at a good price, of beans, oats, barley, lentils, quinoa, and whole
corn. Can you please either recommend a store or farmers market that would
be willing to work with me?
